I do not have any teaching style, I beleive it is different for every individual. As an dyslexic artist there is no standard of teaching. Each student learn in what ever methods works for them.

Never stop pushing yourself to learn

I can teach in any style that suits the student. I am flexible with whatever excels the students learning the most.
I have taught a large array of children and adults, anywhere from a 2nd grader struggling with reading to adult Burmese refugees. I have the patience and flexibility to successfully work with anyone. I started tutoring when I was around the age of 13. I taught a young Korean girl English, where I would have to create my own lesson plans. While I attended Okemos high school, I partook in volunteering experiences that dealt with tutoring. A Little Bit About Me...

I have many different teaching tactics depending on how someone prefers to learn. Some people are visual learners, and need the assistance of visual aids and presentations. Others like to learn about things by doing them. However someone enjoys learning, I believe is the best method.
I have helped out several of my friends and family members, with everything from studying to hands on projects. During my time in college, I studied both Fine Art Painting and Art Education. Getting my BFA in Painting allowed me to study many disciplines of art while refining my painting techniques. At the same time, I earned my degree in Art Education and have an Indiana Teacher's License to teach visual art to all grades. I gained a lot of experience teaching, including six weeks each teaching 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 8th grades, and a semester of student teaching high school students. I was able to teach everything from basic introduction to art to advanced ceramics.
