I have been teaching at the college level since 2003. I have taught a variety of Mathematics and Statistics courses, at UALR, SEARK, University of South Carolina, and ITT tech. I have experience teaching all types of students from true Freshman to students coming back to college. I have done some high school level tutoring as well.

A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy. I also received a minor in Interdisciplinary studies through the Honor's College at UCA. I wrote several different research papers in Psychology, excelled in critical thinking and symbolic logic courses in philosophy, and also completed an undergraduate thesis through the Honor's college. I would be able to improve any child's critical thinking and writing skills. I completed my Bachelors of Science by taking math courses my senior year and would also be able to tutor any math classes, except for calculus. I believe that patience is the most important virtue when teaching a child new material. I have a nephew who is ADHD and I have helped him with many school projects and other homework. I just received a BS in Mathematics at the University of Arkansas Little Rock. I've tutored a variety of both Math and Science subjects the last three years, with ages ranging from 10 to 50+. I've worked in several math labs and have also been a personal tutor.
