I have grown up in an education oriented household with both parents as teachers (Dad Chemistry and Mom English). Since earing my degree in CIS I have had 10 years of industry experience as well as having worked as a substitute teacher in both the Galesburg (CUSD #205, 200-2001) and Peoria (District 150,2007-Present) School Districts. I believe everyone has their own aptitude for learning and will endeavor to discover each childs unique style for learning to help them strive to do their best in each endeavor they apply themselves to. My goal is to provide the best education possible and work with their own unique personalities on how to get them there. I'm friendly, and I'm willing to help anybody who need help. I like to make the students think for themselves because I believe that math and physics is more about the understanding of the concept than remembering the formulas. To get better understanding of the topic, one has to practice and to think on one's own. I give hints when they are stuck. I believe that people can do the problems with my hints or by following my examples. They are definitely mentally ready for the material especially when they are taking the class at the same time.
