I taught high school English, journalism and speech for more than 30 years before retiring in 2013. I also taught a year in middle school, a year in community college and worked in administrative positions at the elementary, middle school and high school levels. I have worked with students at all levels, from remedial to advanced placement and worked in an alternative high school setting. As a graduate of Cedarville University in Ohio, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media. Before I pursued a degree in Media, I pursued a degree in Engineering for 3 semesters.
