Teaching has been a desire of mine since I taught math at a local high school for two years. If that means backtracking and presenting the material in a different manner or using more examples then that is what I will do. Especially in math and accounting, the building blocks must be solid in order to advance so I do concentrate on each step being strong.

I find that teaching children is a wonderful and life changing job. That helping a child learn any subject is easy when the teacher understands they are their for the benefit of the child not necessarily seeing it as 'work'. Each child learns differently at different paces and to maximize their potential the teacher must conform to their needs. Through understanding of what is being asked, repetitive problems/assignments to master the subject and then a brief and often review of the subject that the child is weakest in proves to be an excellent way of presenting information also.

Many students struggle with relationships and well as their academics.
