I graduated from UCF in 2006 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and I've been working as an engineer and project manager in the field ever since. My job requires several certifications that I've had to complete and pass, which is to say math and science are two subjects I use on a daily basis! Math and science are subjects I excelled at while in school and I do have some previous tutoring experience among family friends (the students I tutored were in middle school and high school). I was involved with a youth program for most of my time in college, so I am able to relate easily to a variety of ages and work with them in such a way that they feel comfortable and confident. My teaching style is relaxed but still organized, and I do a good job of communicating with students no matter their learning style.
