I strive to make lessons fun and relevant to the student's personal experience. I don't believe that people remember information they find irrelevant or of no use to them, so I feel that by tailoring the lesson to the student, I can reach people more effectively. I have worked in Accounting and Finance management roles in large corporations for over 20 years. I have supervised, directly or indirectly, groups as large as 90 individuals. I also have managed smaller teams where I have had responsibility for one to four individuals.
