I have been teaching children younger than myself since I started teaching Sunday school classes and became a adolescent influence in my previous youth group. I new all along I was going to be a teacher. I have been tutoring my younger nephews since they are now in grade level courses. I have also had experience in the classroom as observing mentor teachers and assisting them in lesson plan creations. I will be enrolled in methods course this coming fall for my Elementary Education Professional Teaching program. I teach in the way of Scaffolding. I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Salisbury University and have been a preschool teacher since I graduated in 2009.
