Through research I have been able to develop extensive grammatical skills. I believe that in order to bring about change, you have to become the change. Children are like a garden of flowers who need only to be natured and love. In that type of enviroment any child can learn. Positive reinforcement is the key. When a student sees that an adult is taking an honest interest in them, then they are not only more willing to learn, but more able. Telling a child "I know you can do it" instead of "you can do better than that" is imperative. Even the most tempermental or unmotivated student can be helped as long as that personal connection is there. I have always found that boosting their self-confidence, and thus reducing their stress/frustration level can work wonders.
