I have worked with students of all grade levels from volunteering at the Cocopah Head Start preschool to working with high school students as a substitute teacher. I have an English as a Second Language endorsement and have worked with adults in improving the English level. I excell in creative writing and am currently assisting friends in obtaining their GED. I believe in Howard Garner's theory of teaching to the student style of learning. They are as follows: Visual, Auditory, Musical, Kinesthetic, Interpersonal and Intrapersonal. I believe that learning a language should be fun. Students should be active learners. I use a variety of strategies for learners to acquire the new language. All activities are put in practice through games and activities relevant to students' lives. I currently teach Spanish at Arizona Western College as an associate faculty (Part - Time). I have taught Spanish language adquisition as well as Spanish literature clases.
