Develop program goals, objectives, and milestones to effectively convey performance expectations to management, contractors, and/or subcontractors. Conducts independent program reviews, assessments, and surveillance of contractor programs to evaluate the management and implementation of requirements, qualified staffing and training, and discharge of authorities and capabilities
Oversee contracted quality assurance staff; develop quality assurance programs for the three facilities, implement them, evaluate their effectiveness and modify as necessary. Inform supevisor of general progress and controversial problems. Actively support a culture that rewards process improvements.
