I have over 15 years' experience working with people and teaching different subjects as they related to my jobs. I have over 12 years' experience proofreading transcripts for court reporters. I was a training officer at the Madera County Jail where I trained new employees in working in the jail, but also report writing and testifying in court. I did my internship for college at the Juvenile District Attorney's Office and wrote and briefs for the court and prepared cases. I was a volunteer for the juvenile court system where I went out to homes and taught parents how to be parents and checked their homes to make sure the children were safe and cared for. Volunteer and worker at camp Kids Inc for two and a half years. Read to elementary students 3 times a week and help them with reading comprehension. Volunteered to be a mentor to a junior high girl. I helped her with advice but also just was a support for her when she needed it.
