I have earned a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training and a minor in Strength and Conditioning, which has given me an advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and other sciences, as well as medical terminology. In high school, I learned to love the formulaic simplicity of algebra and during my years at UAF, learned to fully appreciate the beauty and tricky complexity of Calculus. I enjoy extending this appreciation and understanding to anyone willing to ask. My first tutoring experience was for an adult first-time algebra student at UAA. I tutored again during the last semester of my degree with a better understanding of how math is applied to real life problems.
