Physics is one of my top subjects! I completed a minor in physics at the University of South Florida and have 3 years experience tutoring physics.

I am a firm believer in the effectiveness of the Socratic method. Rather than tell the student how to solve a certain problem, I prefer to ask guiding questions to encourage them to think critically about the problem and reach the solution on their own. This leads to the student being more familiar with the thought process involved in solving the problem, and leads to them being more comfortable solving the problem independently later down the road.

A Little Bit About Me...

To begin, I have always loved science and working with numbers. I'm very patient when trying to explain a topic to someone. I believe the majority of problems with comprehension people have, especially in math/science, are due to an incomplete background or an unclear explanation.
