I have experience with pre k to 8th grade tutoring in Math and English tutoring to help students prepare for Iolani and Punahou entrance exams through Dr. Takahashi Juku. I have also worked extensively with children from Japan who struggle with English. I can explain English words and grammar in Japanese and well as read and write Japanese . I like to make my tutoring sessions productive by encouraging students to work hard to complete the taste in order to receive a reward in the form of a game or something they enjoy doing.
