I enjoy tutoring children with highly engaging activities !

I have been an AB student my whole life, and I was in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program in high school. I consistently help my siblings with their homework (ages 5, 13, and 16), and have worked with after-school tutoring programs with friends. I double-majored in biology in chemistry in undergrad, so the field of science and medicine is my first love and my strength. I have also received a Masters of Public Health Degree in Epidemiology, and have since completed my 2nd year of medical school. I have always had a strong affinity for math and english as well. A Little Bit About Me...

Over the past five years I have worked as a Teacher/Instructor both the the legal field and in the public school setting with students diagnosed as ED and LD as well as being displaced from the normal public school setting. Even though my academic degrees are in the legal field I have stayed current in areas of Reading and Math from Basic Algebra to Geometry.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am a very motivating person and tend to use humor as a method of teaching. I teach to and with the child and never down to him/her.
