As a graduate in Sports Medicine, I have an extensive background in all science related classes. I also minored in Religion and almost had enough credits to minor in Psychology as well. During the last ten years, I have worked with middle and high school students teaching bible studies, Sunday School classes, mentoring, and also coaching basketball.
I enjoy teaching and working with students, especially in high school and middle school. I think the greatest degree of success tutoring will be achieved working one on one in a comfortable study environment. I have seven (7) years of musical experience in concert band, jazz band, marching band, orchestra, and pep band. I also have tutored through the Boys and Girls Club along with a program my college inacted for students who were hearing-impaired, mostly in the areas of math and grammar. I have also graduated in the top 10% of my class, both in high school and college. I have maintained a 3.0 GPA in both high school and college. My strengths are math and grammar.
I am patient, considerate, and able to adapt to each child's way of learning to be able to help them understand what it is that they are trying to learn.
