My style tends to be laid back so that students are comfortable expressing their likes and dislikes with me, curbing their fear of not understanding something. As a manager and coach I have formally and informally trained employees within my unit and provided same to those interested outside my area. Many have said "you should have been a teacher" over the years but more lucrative pursuits were my focus. I have taken the time to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity to teach a financial literacy class to a prospective homeowner.
