I like teaching students by explaining the material in a way I think is easiest to understand. I always emphasize how the material relates to what students already knows and how they can use what they know to solve problems. Often students cannot see how what they are learning can ever be useful in real life situations so I also try to give examples of when they might use what we are covering. Throughout my education, I learned easy ways to teach myself concepts. I have a BS in Biology and a Master’s in Public Administration.
