I am a middle school teacher. I began my career by teaching Special Education. After a few years I transitioned into the regular education setting. I am certified in Special Education, Reading, Social Studies, Language Arts, and Business Education. I have been at the same middle school for 9 years. I also coach the girls soccer team and volleyball team for our school.

My teaching style depends on the student, but I like to use demonstrations, work through a problem instead of giving a problem, and I use visual learning methods (pictures and examples)
I graduated high school in 2013 and became a student at Adams State University in the fall of 2013. I then moved to Georgia and I am currently working through my application process to Columbus State University. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is flexible. Students learn in different ways and at different paces. It is my job to discover how the students learn and what they respond best to. For some subjects, repetition is very important and for others a clearer understanding of the concepts involved is more valuable. I like to start with small skills and build on them.
