Throughout my life, I have always dedicated myself completely to whatever task I take on. This quality has helped me earn a bachelor degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a 4.0 GPA in my first semester of graduate school at National Louis University in the Master of Arts in Teaching program. I have an extensive background in science from my undergraduate studies, in addition to a passion for Language Arts - both will allow me to earn middle school endorsements on my elementary education teaching certificate. I attended Whitney Young High School and began tutoring while in school as a part of my volunteer service with the National Honor Society. I continued to teach while in college, and in fact, worked as a tutor part time. After college, I moved to Japan for one year and worked as an English teacher. When I returned to the United States, while attending law school, I was employed as a tutor for the LLM students.
