A Little Bit About Me...

Starting from high school I have always been passionate about young children learning. As a young child I was fortunate enough to have people in my life care about my education and help me succeed. That is what I wish to do. I have approximately three years in tutoring English/Reading and Math to all grades of elementary school and middle school. I have succeeded in helping many children in succeeding and achieving their dreams and goals for school.
I believe that all children learn differently. I do not have a specific way of teaching because I get to know my students and help them learn depending on their abilities and learning style. I do however believe in each student learning to do things on their own—I am their tutor, not someone to do their homework for them. I believe in constantly practicing until the concepts are grasped. I have been a classroom teacher for the last 18 years. I have taught in both Public Junior High and High Schools, as well as Private School. I love teaching science, and love to make the class exciting. It really gets students going when you use current events to teach and when kids debate issues, it is a great learning opportunity!
I think all children are driven to learn, and if directed with a little help, everyone can learn how science changes peoples lives. I feel more like a coach and less like a lecturer. A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching and biology is my best subject. I have earned BS in Biology education which also has helped me to gain understanding of chemistry and math.I graduated in 2008 and since then I had only 4 months of teaching experience in a school. But I have done lot of tutoring for friends and family members and I love it.
As a teacher, I have a strong believe that children have different forms of learning patterns. Some learn by writing , some by drawing and some memorizing.
