I served 20 years in the Navy, and during that period earned my BS Degree. Many of my assignments were in development and institution of training programs including Equal Opportunity/Race Relations, Leadership and Management, and Professional Development. After I retired I worked as an engineer for government contractors writing training programs and systems manuals for state-of-the-art communication systems. I am currently enrolled at the State College of Florida to complete my AA in Liberal Arts. I have 62 credit hours and plan to graduate next semester. Education is important but so are real life skills and what happens outside of school. I am a licensed real estate sales person in Florida. I was also a human resource coordinator. During the course of my career I have had the opportunity to help others. Real life is what matters. Last year in the second grade they wanted him to stay back, I said I would help him. This year in second grade he is making E & S Honor Roll.
