My comments on tutoring Spanish : Spanish was my first language, which then later for High School it was necessary to take two years. I knew the principal and the basics which eased to my ability.

I've know sign Language since the 4th grade, but as in right now I am a senior in High School taking college classes in American Sign Language, which it will lead to my career to becoming an Interpreter. My Major will be Communication Disorders.Within my High School years I have completed two years of Spanish. I am Fluent in English and Spanish because Spanish was my first language.

I have worked with many groups of children from grades k-12. My main focus is working with elementary students. Most of my experience is working with grades k-6. My number one field is math. I'm more concerned in helping students with math because this is usually the field were most students are having trouble. I've been helping many children with their math including friends and family members. At the moment I'm working with students from grades k-2 and helping them understand the basics of math. I'm also bilingual and i use to help junior high students understand the basics of Spanish.

After graduating from Vanguard University of Southern California with my BA in English, I decided to enroll in the Education Program to receive my Single Subject English Teaching Credential. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I started tutoring students in subjects such as Math, English, Science, History, and Spanish, when I was merely a Junior in High School. I taught in private schools in California for 15 years ( 1980-1994). I started as a teacher, then became a Media Specialist, then a Vice Principal and finally a principal. I moved to Indiana in 1994, where I taught in public school for 3 years. We moved back to California in 2000. Since that time I have served as a Library Media Specialist and Reading Teacher.
