My main objective is to work with students on goal-setting and then concentrate on how to meet those goals. My teaching experience includes several semesters of substitute teaching, and tutoring locally for 2+ years as a part-time job, dirived from volunteering as a tutor for family members and friends. As a tutor, it is my job to help students with whatever it is they are struggling in and turn their struggles to successes. Been in the teacher preparation program at Nevada State College for about 3 years now, started off in Step-Up program my Junior year of high school, have done some field observation at many schools, and have had to deal with one on one tutoring during the time I was there along with many fellow class mates.
