My comments on tutoring Reading Comprehension : Whether for a test or a class, I can help your student stay focused and understand what they're reading.

My teaching style is very hands-on. I want my students to remember what they're learning because it is interesting, not just toss information out by rote. I think that it's very important to have fun while learning, so I try to make my tutoring sessions fun and engaging.
I am a student at Auburn University studying English Education. I am a rising senior and have over 3 years of education courses under my belt. Just as everyone has their own learning style, teachers have their own teaching style. I see my style as more hands on. When I create lesson plans, I like to think outside the box and find ways that motivate students in connection to their interests.
July 2011 I graduated from University of West Georgia in Carrollton with a B.S. in Middle Grades Education. I began substituting for the Heard County School System in August 2011. I would say my teaching style is more relaxed. I believe this helps one see students weaknesses and strengths better. It also allows one to compare the overall effect of teaching for each student. When I see a student falling behind then thats when I take action and try top get them where they should be in that area.
My experience is one that has taken me many different places to meet many diffrent people. I have always had a gift of helping others and conveying to them my knowledge. I obtained my BA in English Communication from Talladega College and also i have a minor in History. I have had a great deal of expereince in writng papers, essays, articles ,and reports.
