Enthusiastic teacher seeks to work with a young mind

I'm laid back and like to draw the student's interests. I love small details and histories and to make a student think.
I've worked in the ESL (or related) field for a total of 8 years. I was a Foreign Language Expert in China for 3 years and am finishing my 4th year as a rater for the TOEFL exam.
