Awesome Chemistry Tutor

I am a huge proponent of active learning. I engage the student in solving problems, taking notes, and reviewing past work (tests, quizzes, labs, and homework). I am a helping and caring teacher. I want my students to do well and we use the entire tutoring time to make that happen.
I received training as a chemist from both Franklin and Marshall and UW-Madison. I enjoy researching and solving chemistry problems. I have experience making creative lessons, practice questions, and giving good analogies for learning chemistry. I am a teacher at a local high school and I enjoy giving back to the community. I am a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Engineering. Not only have I excelled in math and science throughout the educational process, I also did very well in all other subjects, never receiving less than a 'B' letter grade in any class.
