In my ten years of substitute teaching, my tutoring with A Quantum Leap, the private language lessons I have offered and in all aspects of my educational efforts, I have emphasized the importance of homework as an essential element of one's education and have given this aspect it's due attention. All of our staff members are highly qualified with over 100 hours of training and observations. Our staff develops a specific intervention plan during an initial session with the child. A detailed lesson plan is developed weekly to encompass each student’s strengths and weakness as they progress through the programs.
