Experience Summary
As an education professional with more than twelve years of experience working with children, I am eager to return to the workforce. With my unique and extensive experience in providing solid education, implementing and planning lessons, and leading an assortment of other academic-based projects, I feel excited and more than prepared for the challenges and opportunities that come with this role.
Teaching Style
I try to serve as a facilitator of learning, providing students with the knowledge and tools to solve problems and then encouraging students to solve them on their own. When students answer a problem incorrectly, I do not allow them to quit. I try to encourage them to figure out where they went wrong and to keep working at the problem until they get the correct answer, providing support and guidance where needed
