My comments on tutoring Ultrasound Physics : I taught Ultrasound Physics at Sanford Brown College for a year.
I have taught both high school and college level courses. I have also had a job in which I helped create a data base of the K-12 Objectives in Mathematics for forty-nine states. I also have worked as a quality assurance reviewer for the development of Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus curriculum for online high school courses. I have tutoring for the Arizona AIMS tests and currently am tutoring an 16 hour review of the mathematics portion of the GED exam.
I am able to break a complex problem into small, discrete steps which the students seem to appreciate.
An approach I use in my teaching is the I rarely will tell the student outright what to do to get the answer or just what the answer is.
