Turning your weakness into your strength

I tend to use the questions they are struggling with the most, making similar examples, then walking them through these problems and breaking down the problems until the student understands the how the process works.

Helping children work through learning issues is my passion.

When working from my office, I like to use hands on activities that keep children engaged. However, since working online I use many different websites and materials that allow children to be actively engaged. I use Orton Gilligham and Wilson reading programs as well as my own materials. Helping children with learning issues is something I am very passionate about. Building self confidence is key to growing and learning.

Education focused on achievement.

The individual needs of the student will direct my teaching strategies. I make every effort to be student centered. For example, "what is the best way to help this person understand reading comprehension?". Students have varying apptitudes and well as strengths and sometimes, weaknesses. I develop a strategy to help my students learn by exploring education through their own apptitudes and strengths. Doing this results in learning as well as reducing weaknesses.

I am patient when teaching new subjects and very empathetic to different situations and needs. I have always worked to do the best and be the best and make a positive impact along the way. I believe with a positive mentality and hard work the possibilities are unlimited and through helping guide individuals with subjects they struggle and promoting good ethics they too can follow this mentality.
