I have been tutoring a 14 year-old boy in reading comprehension for the past year and have seen great improvement in his abilities. I served as a writing tutor to my peers while I was in college. I did this for three years and it seemed to help the students a great deal. This position was accompanied by training provided by one of my professors at Montreat College. The training lasted a full semester. I have also been tutoring a 14 year-old boy in reading comprehension for the past year.
