Experience Summary
I've been teaching for a total of 22 years grades 2nd-5th. I have extensive experience on school improvement committees and after school programs. I've maintain excellent classroom management skills and an ability to keep students on task. I've integrated multiple teaching styles to intensify the range of learning.
Teaching Style
As an experience teacher, I'd like to apply unique practices of teaching. I rely on demonstation to help my students comprehend what is being taught. I model new concepts several times and then take students through guided practice. Once guided practice has been completed, students begin practicing independently.
My Hobbies
Bike riding, Zumba, reading books, working with children.
