My lesson plan will accommodate the intellectual need of the student or a group of students. I believe in two types of methods for students such as constructivist and pragmatist. A constructivist teacher will build on what the students already know. I have to remember adults have knowledge about topics but, rejogging their memory will help them to bring back certain thoughts and ideas.
