Geometry is one of my top subjects! Geometry, Algebra, Calculus, Statistics, anything and everything related to and/or correlating in any way to mathematics is not only on my "top subjects" list, it's on my list of expertise. It has been this way as long as I can remember. Teachers would almost always put me by the student that was struggling most so I could help them, so I've really been tutoring most of my life in this. I absolutely loved it, and love it still. ..Especially when you correct a math teacher, which I've done in every math class I've ever had, less one, because they seem to love it. I assume they are excited to find a student actually as excited about the subject as they are.

I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, which I received in 2007 at ATU. I have over seven years working in a CPA firm where I have been well versed in every aspect of the public accounting field hands on and am very well versed in operations thereof.
The teaching style I use is solely dependent on the learning style of the student I am teaching. I believe teaching is best learned though practical examples (especially math). because I used to say the same thing that I'm sure that kids today are saying. When am i ever going to use this in my daily life? Its important to let them see the applications from knowing calculus based formulas to predict market declines (algorithms), to basic math in in inventory work, to understanding complex words and their proper sentence usage so they can understand what rudimentary or neophyte means in a job interview. Also, its important to inspire. most of the children/ teens in a tutoring course have been discouraged due to the fact that they are not picking up on a subject as quickly as their peers.
