I believe each child has their own learning style. Through a variety of approaches and materials each child can find success in reading and math in their elementary school years. I enjoy finding each child's path to success. I have taught Special Education for 26 years and third grade for 6. I have tutored using the Reading Assist program and various other methods for reading. I also have many techniques for teaching math to young learners. I have taken several high level calculus, engineering mathematics, and statistics classes at the University of Delaware, aside from receiving a 5 on both the Calculus and the Statistics AP Exams.
