My comments on tutoring Drawing : I've been drawing since I was a toddler and have experience teaching art. My areas of expertise are buildings, cityscape, people, landscape, anime/manga style, and more! My mediums of preference are pencils (of any kind), pens (non smudging), and some acrylic paint.

I've been studying American Sign Language (ASL) for over five years. I've taught ASL multiple times at community and church classes with great language success. I have snout four years of ASL interpretation experience ranging from church services to classroom settings to events to guided tours and more. I'm currently continuing my ASL interpretation studies at Valencia College. I'm fluent in this language but I also speak Spanish and conversational French.

A Little Bit About Me...

I do not have a particular teaching style. I am trained to teach different styles, but it is my goal to get to know every child as an individual and figure out the best way for that child to learn. I also realize one type of style may not be the best for every subject matter. After having 3 children of my own, I can say without a doubt that every child is different and what may work for one will not work for the other. A Little Bit About Me...

Very hands on type of person. I am the type of person that needs visual reminders to get my work done. I know that everyone learns in different capacities so I try to incorporate that into my teaching style. I work on identifying the students learning style and then we go from there.
I am currently working at Challenger 7 Elementary School as the only Guidance Counselor. I have created a study group club with students that need study skills, organizational skills or assistance getting their work done! I have been employed as a substitute teacher and mental health counselor in the past. I enjoy working with students because a lot of their stress is due to frustration of not knowing a concept.
