A Little Bit About Me...

Since my graduation from Ole Miss in 1985, I have had the delightful experience of teaching children from all walks of MS. The children of MS have a thirst for knowledge that is rarely discussed in the media. Our children want to learn! I've instructed every grade level from K-8, inclusive, tutored Pre-Alg,Alg I, and admin correspondence courses for students who needed a one-on-one teacher. I obtained my Masters from Mississippi State in 2008. I have experience in the diverse ideologies presented in the educational programs of two of the largest universities in MS. I have tutored elementary students during my tenure in the Air Force on a volunterr basis. I worked as a Introduction to Computers instructor at Keiser College for two semesters. I have a fascination with math and numbers. My extensive experience with budgeting and using spreadsheets and formulas has kept me fresh with my math skills. I recently tutored a 50+ adult to take a math skills test for the CRC. He passed, and was had such a sense of accomplishment, after almost giving up hope that he could pass it.
