I believe that by letting the student try to answer the problem by them self is the best way of learning. I will try to guide them down the right path, but even a wrong answer can teach you a lesson. I also believe that practice is the best way to become good at science or math, like a basketball player practice basketball to become better, so must a student.

I obtained my associate’s degree at Prairie State College in 1997. I received the honor of Valedictorian by my high educational standards of earning a 4.0 GPA. A Little Bit About Me...

Generally, I'm a constructivist, and I believe the best method of tutoring is providing a completely individuated scaffold for any student. While I was raised in old-school education, I believe that some of the newer techniques of education through hands-on, the use of digital technology, and through writing across the curriculum are effective for many students.
