I have had several years experience of teaching throughout my schooling from college education, personal experience-being the oldest child/grandchild, daily experiences, and now being a parent of a young child. I began teaching private guitar, bass, and music theory lessons when I was 16 years old. I have continued to do so until present day. My emphasis for my Masters was Theory/Composition/Arranging. My primary instruments are guitar and bass, although I went to college on a French Horn scholarship. I have played professionally with a wide arrange of ensembles, from a three piece acoustic trio to a ten piece big band. classical music to folk to dixieland to swing to gospel to rock to jazz, I have pretty much played it all at some point.
