My comments on tutoring Political Science : I have published a 'Brief History of the United States" and have tutored many high school and college students in government and political science. I have run for and held public office, myself. I am patient and understanding.

In my experience, the majority of students are highly motivated. This is, for me, the key to success. I believe teaching others a skill or new information is a gift, to both myself and the student. When the light goes off in their head, and the "I got it!" look comes across their face, I feel a sense of accomplishment.
