My comments on tutoring Grammar : Having studied various languages, in addition to studying my own language (English), I am an expert of Grammar and linguistic variations thereof.

I love sharing my knowledge with others, whether it's in a group or one-on-one. I make sure that my pupils can easily comprehend what is going on during the lesson. Questions are a good indicator that active comprehension is taking place, and I am there to make sure that any and all questions that are to be had will be answered. I'm not one to "spoon-feed" per se, but if specialized attention is needed on a specific topic or subject, I am there to help with any and all questions that may arise during the process.
During my high school and university careers, I have focused primarily on languages and language acquisition. Specializing in English, Spanish, and Elementary help!!

My area of expertise is the English language and grammar. I took two year's worth of Advanced Placement English classes during high school and made either 4's or 5's on both exams. The score of 5 on my senior level exam allowed me to place out of Freshman English during college and jump right into Sophomore English. I just made an A in that Sophomore class. I also took Spanish for four years during high school, and have already taken a college level class with a final grade of A. I will be taking another class this coming semester, and after only three more Spanish classes I will have a minor in Spanish language. I believe that learning comes from a good rapport between teacher and student. I like to make students feel at ease, and then progress is achieved in the context of a safe learning environment.
