I believe each child/adult is different and each has a unique learning style. My teaching style will depend on each persons learning type. Some need very little direction before they get started and some need you to guide and direct them most of the time. I can do both and love watching that red light click on when someone finally understands the concept of something new. Every child should be given the opportunity to succeed no matter what type of background they come from. I am very patient and an excellent listener, hearing what is not said out loud. If there is a definite set of program rules I need to follow then I will by all means follow whatever protocols are given to me.
