I am a euthastic teacher, I love to teach and learn and my taching style incorporates Gardner's multiple intelligences and Bloom's Taxomomy. I have also taken several Special Education classes, so my leason are adaptive and flexible, using different medium to convey information. Every student learns differently and I try to do my best to learn and apply my education to help in the learning process. My approach to teaching/tutoring is simple. 1) Make an assessment of the student’s needs. This is a critical part of the methodology. The assessment of needs is based upon the student’s own statement of his abilities as well as empirical evidence of his performance and capabilities. 2) Develop a plan and design goals to meet those needs. Explain to the student the plan and the goals of how we are going to meet his/her needs. 3) Assess performance and adjust the plan and goals as needed. 4) Throughout the process, keep in mind that both the tutor and the student should have an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Seeing as I was very busy with extracirricular activities, I believe that my graduating with honors was truly a testament to how hard I worked. Since college, I have worked in two jobs that have really tested my gramatical, reading, editing and speaking skills.
