My comments on tutoring Literature : Having been interested in books all my life, I have experience seeing beyond the writing in literature to pick out the themes and motifs. I understand that characters and settings can symbolize more than one idea, I have experience noticing foreshadowing, allusions, etc.

I have experience in all things English. From the time I was in high school, I knew I wanted to focus on this subject in my studies in college. I received a BA in English and am currently earning my Masters in Secondary Education to be an English teacher. My interest in English goes beyond the classroom. My job as an educator is to teach them how to learn it and make them want to learn it. I personally do not believe that negative reinforcement is beneficial.
