Currently i am working as tutor for math and biology for TRio services at Idaho State University. As I am an international student, i was also a high school teacher in my home country where i used to teach math, Science and environment. Apart from this, i am working in research in the field of environmental management. As i believe in learning form the depth of the knowledge, i don't stress on memorizing the existing things, rather i emphasize student on understanding those topics. If some thing is difficult, that actually occurs because the student have not got the full idea of that matter. Once the crux is understood, the problem no more exists. Thus, my teaching style is all about learning form the root of the problem. And most importantly, i want to make the student actively involved in study instead of passive way of studying.

I have a strong interest in the sciences of the world. I earned a bachelor degree in ecology including a minor in botany. I also earned a Master degree in biology studying mountain quail. During my undergraduate and graduate education I participated in the GK-12 program as a scientist in residence. I spent 20 hours a week in the middle school and high school setting for two years. The purpose of the GK-12 program was to help increase scientific literacy in southern Idaho. I am keenly aware of the challenges that face middle school and high school students in grasping scientific concepts. I also taught biology at the college level and I have recognized that many students are at different levels of scientific understanding. I believe in demonstrating how to do the work and then guiding the children as they apply what has been demonstrated. The best way to learn is by doing under supervised guidance. Once the children learn to apply the proper steps to accomplish the task at hand, the feeling of accomplishment drives them to continue on their own. I've worked as an engineer in the electronics and electrical engineering industry for 14 years.
