Currently i am working as tutor for math and biology for TRio services at Idaho State University. As I am an international student, i was also a high school teacher in my home country where i used to teach math, Science and environment. Apart from this, i am working in research in the field of environmental management. As i believe in learning form the depth of the knowledge, i don't stress on memorizing the existing things, rather i emphasize student on understanding those topics. If some thing is difficult, that actually occurs because the student have not got the full idea of that matter. Once the crux is understood, the problem no more exists. Thus, my teaching style is all about learning form the root of the problem. And most importantly, i want to make the student actively involved in study instead of passive way of studying.

I enjoy watching students grasp the scientific method as it is something that comes naturally to most people if put in the right context. Science is rewarding to teach because it incorporates other disciplines like math. I often receive comments about my effective teaching style. I believe this is because of my education and that teaching science is a passion for me and a lifetime pursuit. I have noticed that people understand science better when it is related to their life. I believe that when the basic concepts of math and science are mastered, the complex concepts become simple. These subjects also need to be taught using real life examples so that students can see the importance of learning them. Finally, I believe the worst thing that an instructor can do is to ask student to use and memorize equation that they don't understand.
