Experience Summary
I've worked as an engineer in the electronics and electrical engineering industry for 14 years. I have tutored children in math and science for the last 4 years, most recently in high school algebra and geometry.
Teaching Style
I believe in demonstrating how to do the work and then guiding the children as they apply what has been demonstrated. The best way to learn is by doing under supervised guidance. Once the children learn to apply the proper steps to accomplish the task at hand, the feeling of accomplishment drives them to continue on their own.
