Depending upon the student, I vary the tutoring help. Some students are slower or faster than others; some like to play games to learn and some like step-by-step instructions. I am kind, personable, and flexible with a lot of patience. I think that is why I have been so successful.
For five years, I have tutored through the No Child Left Behind program and privately. I have tutored all subjects except science. I have tutored K-12 up to calculus. My professional background before tutoring was in banking, insurance claims, and healthcare administration. I love tutoring one on one and in small groups. A Little Bit About Me...

I find it's best to get to know each child individually before picking a teaching style to use. Most of my students have been successful because I mold me tutoring plans around their individual needs
I have spent the last three year being a nanny and tutor for kids in a variety of age groups. I have worked with all kinds of kids including special needs children, group home kids, High school students in AP classes, and Dyslexic children. I also have taught swim and Flute lessons in the past. I really enjoy working with children and, form my experience, children really enjoy working with me.
